Yoga is a physical and mental practice that enriches the mind and body by developing strength, range of motion, balance, stability, and mobility. A perfect class for first-timers to advanced yogis, all levels are welcomed. While you can reap an abundant amount of physical benefits from the practice, yoga also uses breath work and meditation to reprogram your mind and help you find a calmer, balanced, clear awareness – often times this is what people call “yoga high” or “yoga brain.” The lasting side effects of yoga will leave you uplifted and give you more pep in your step!

Barre

Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, precise movements of ballet and yoga postures. A perfect energizing and targeted workout that builds strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and core awareness while reinforcing proper alignment and improving posture. You’ll enjoy a fun, choreographed way to move your body as we may use props such as hand weights, mini-balls and thera-bands to sculpt and tone all while listening to lively, upbeat music. You’ll notice yourself growing spiritually, mentally and even physically as clients report barre adds an inch to their height!
