CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or using the chair for support. If you have mobility issues or can’t stand for long periods of time this practice is for you. You will gain all the benefits from a regular yoga practice – enriching the mind while gaining strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and stability in the body – whilst reducing the risk of accidental injury from the security of the chair. Reap all the benefits of yoga without having to leave your chair!
SENIORS
As we age, keeping our muscles and tissues strong will help protect and prevent us from injury. Our strength training will incorporate the benefits of resistance training, using your own body weight and maintaining the integrity of your bones and the longevity of your muscular skeleton. These movements will be safe and effective improving not just your strength but your flexibility, mobility, balance and coordination as well. This training will keep you looking and feeling your absolute best!
